Minimum requirements
Caretaker software runs on Windows 98 through to Windows XP, with at least 64MB ram and a pentium 3 or above.
note: Windows VISTA is not currently supported.

We have run our complex at Evergreen River Park with the Caretaker software since we took over in June 04. Our complex consists of 103 units.
We have found the Caretaker software to be very user friendly, and copes with all aspects of our book-keeping for a permanent rental complex.
